Be The Change Bracelets

Helping victims of child sex-trafficking one bracelet at a time

Your Story

My name is Coral Allen and I'm from San Diego, California. I'm on my last year at Brigham Young University-Idaho and I'm majoring in Marriage and Family Studies. I've always had a desire to help people which is why I eventually want a career helping children in the foster care system. I recently had the opportunity to work with foster care children and saw how many hardships they had to go through in their young lives. This ultimately got me interested in not only helping them, but also helping children who are victims of sex-trafficking. It's absolutely devastating that there are so many children that need our help. I believe it's our responsibility to do as much as we can to help the helpless. I decided to support O.U.R Rescue because they are directly helping these children in need and I know that my donations will have make a positive impact on the life of a child, or children.

The Impact

I realized that I wanted to make a difference but I didn't have the funds to do so, which is why I need your help! I've always had a passion for making jewelry and I decided that would be a great way to get the funds to donate to this charity. My goal is to raise $500 for Operation Underground Railroad by the end of the year. 30% of my profit from my handmade jewelry will be donated to this cause. This is such an important cause to fight for and it's so important that we look past our comfortable lives to help these people that are suffering immensely every single day. I hope you'll join me in supporting this cause.
